Sorry for my lack of posting lately, there’s 3 weeks left in school and it’s been ridiculously crazy. Last night I went to a formal party with a few friends! I decided to go for the sexy tuxedo girl look instead of the super short dress or skirt. I was also happy because it gave me an excuse to wear my favorite heels ever which were originally $99 but when I got them they were on clearance for $9.99!!! Best purchase ever. I had a really really fun time but I was not feeling well when I had to get up for my 8 am class this morning!

I feel like I was gone all day yesterday! My friends and I went to the North Market then last night we walked around downtown, ended up going to Mad Mex for dinner. It was a great day, regardless of the fact that it was a little chilly.

First full day back in Columbus! I had a really great week home, I got to spend a lot of time with my best friends and my family and it was really fun! Maybe I’ll upload some photo’s from my week later? Anyways, it got a little chilly in Columbus again and even though I don’t have class on Mondays I couldn’t leave without getting a little dressed up! I have to give a short speech later to my GSSA (Gay Straight Student Alliance) because I’m running for Vice-President of Social. I’m nervous but hopeful that I’ll get elected!

Another beautiful day! After my classes My friend Sarah and I went down to the North Market to fulfill our cravings for soft pretzels. It was such a nice walk. Also, we went into this little record store and I completely fell in love! I bought the Violent Femmes album for $20 and I’m so excited about it! I have been a huge fan of the Violent Femmes for the past few years regardless of the fact that I discovered them way past their years of making music. I’ve never seen Violent Femmes vinyl so I knew I had to have it! I also wanted to show off my gin necklace. It was originally just a liquor tag for old bottles. My friend Natalie and I bought matching ones to make into cute “friendship necklaces” her’s says “Vodka” on it. I just put it on a chain I already had and tied a knot in between. So cute!

I got back to Columbus today after being home in Dayton for the weekend. It was beautiful outside so my friends Natalie, Jenn, and I went to Jeni’s ice cream then went over to the park. We played in the kid area and I took pictures of them swinging. When we got back to campus Natalie, her boyfriend, and I smoked the rest of a cigar from this weekend. It was a good day!
